These Ordering Policies constitute a binding legal contract between you and Chicago Cartridge, the owner and operator of the website located at www.chicagocartridge.com. By ordering any merchandise via the Site, you signify your acceptance of these Ordering Policies, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Please print a copy of this agreement for your records.
Online ordering is now easier than ever. To place an online order, all you need is a Chicago Cartridge online account. Shop for all of your cartridge needs and simply add items to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button located in the product listing. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, just click the "To Checkout" button in your shopping cart. Select your shipping requirements, confirm your billing and shipping information, and then confirm payment information and order completion and you are on your way. Chicago Cartridge accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, and Purchase Orders for net terms based on credit approval. Your information is collected on a highly-secured site (SSL 128-bit encryption.) Please Note: Credit Card Orders, your bill-to and ship-to addresses MUST MATCH or be on record with your credit card company or your order WILL BE DELAYED. For personal check / EFT Orders, until the funds transfer is complete, your order will not be processed. This may take four business days. In the event that there is a problem in retrieving funds from your account, the waiting period may be longer.
Refilled / Remanufactured Products
Pricing for all refilled or remanufactured cartridges is predicated on the exchange of a quality empty cartridge of similar type. Additional core charges will be applied to sales of refilled / remanufactured cartridges processed without receipt of a suitable empty cartridge.

Shipping / Delivery
Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Mon - Fri are usually shipped/delivered the same day. Delivery of merchandise may take up to two weeks, depending on freight method selected and product availability. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships.
Returns and Restocking
Original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. We accept returns and exchanges (90) days from date of purchase. Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These non-returnable, non-refundable products include: any item modified, altered, defaced or missing retail packaging with original contents. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on returned product.
Return Authorization is required (RA). Please contact Chicago Cartridge customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org or in the event you wish to return an order.
Check/Credit Card/Net 30 or Refund Guidelines
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will bear all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from Chicago Cartridge's merchant account provider, otherwise known as "chargebacks," through MasterCard or Visa.
Refund on purchases made with credit card will only be credited to that same account. If you purchase a product pursuant to our special Net 30 customer program, your return will be credited to original invoiced account only.
The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. The Chicago Cartridge mark, Chicago Cartridge logo, and other trademarks, service marks, labels, product names and service names (collectively, the "Marks") are owned or licensed by Chicago Cartridge. All products are solely registered and unregistered trademarks of their respective manufacturers. You agree not to copy, display or otherwise use any of the Marks without the prior written permission of Chicago Cartridge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Marks may not be used in any manner likely to cause confusion, disparage or dilute these marks and/or in connection with any product or service that is not authorized, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Chicago Cartridge.
Waiver and Limitation of Liability
Chicago Cartridge offers a 90-day limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship in originally purchased product from date of original purchase. Chicago Cartridge's sole obligation under this warranty is product replacement or repair at Chicago Cartridge and/or manufacturer's sole discretion.
You hereby acknowledge that the warranty and the accompanying obligations and liabilities of Chicago Cartridge are exclusive and you hereby waive all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, whether or not occasioned by the negligence of Chicago Cartridge. You acknowledge by your use of products ordered via the Site that your use of the products and any reliance upon them is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the products.
Chicago Cartridge may change these Ordering Policies at any time. Any change shall be effective immediately upon its posting on the Site. You agree that you will be bound by these Ordering Policies, however and whenever changed, whether you have actual or constructive notice of, and whether you have ordered, used or received products after, the changes.
