The DocumentMall Upload Agent provides for high-volume input and automates the process of getting documents into DocumentMall for archiving, electronic file storage and collaboration.
This client application provides the ability to accept documents from any device or application and deliver those documents along with indexing data to a DocumentMall account. Upload Agent features include:
High volume document upload without limit to file size. Upload Agent can send hundreds of documents at a time for archiving and electronic file storage
Fast and Reliable - Upload Agent's "chunking" technology breaks data up into smaller chunks and then reassembles the data upon delivery to DocumentMall to ensure smooth and reliable transmission
Eliminates the need to manually index documents. Indexing metadata (XML) accompanies each document during upload and transmission
Secure Internet delivery. All documents are encrypted and sent via HTTPS secure protocol
The Upload Agent Monitor provides process monitoring and displays the status and results of each document batch. And the Upload Agent can run as a scheduled service so you can process all your uploads during non-peak hours to when network traffic is light
